David Gazzellone, Founder & Lawyer
David Gazzellone, Founder and Lawyer at B and G Law Professional Corporation was called to the Bar in 2006 and has been practicing law for over fifteen years. He founded B and G Law Professional Corporation in 2011 upon which he primarily focuses on Real Estate including Private Lending, Wills and Estates and Corporate Law. He is passionate about his work and takes pride in helping his clients complete their transactions in a simple and straight-forward manner, with a keen focus on client service.
Prior to B and G Law Professional Corporation, David worked at a mid-size firm in Toronto, where he gained valuable experience in his current practice areas. He also worked at the Ministry of Finance, and has an extensive amount of experience in the financial industry. David completed his legal studies at the University of Windsor Law School.
David is an avid sports fan, particularly favouring football. He enjoys playing all sports, reading and spending time with his family and friends.
Ersida Kuci, Lawyer
Ersida Kuci joined B and G Law Professional Corporation upon her call to the bar in August 2020. Her practice consists of all aspects of residential real estate, private financing, estate planning and administration. Prior to joining the firm, she completed her articling at a boutique law firm in Vaughan. Ersida received her Civil Law Degree and Master’s Degree in Public Administration from “La Sapienza” University of Rome, Italy.
In Canada, Ersida has completed the Global Professional Master of Laws at the University of Toronto,
and the Law Practice Program at the Ryerson’s University.
She speaks English, Italian, and Albanian.
